How can something that makes so much sense physiologically not have any positive trial outcomes? Are we disrupting an important potentially beneficial cellular function by our current processes and timing of cooling? Is it targeted hypothermia or is it therapeutic? Will the TTM2 shed any further light and lead to practice change?
